Visioning is super important, and something you should be doing ideally every day, and at the very least several times a week. I have been enthusiastic and very curious about the principles of manifestation for a long time, and started using some of the basic principles outlined in Ask and it is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks back in 1997, and it is a book that has become a staple for me.
Positive Emotion
Of course, even though these principles are embedded in my cells, I often drift away from the core principles of intentionally getting aligned with a positive emotions as well as getting really clear on what I want, envisioning it, seeing it clearly and getting a clear connection with what it feels like when I have what it is that I envision.
In the course of opening the new Alinga studio, I didn’t even realize how much I had been thinking, dreaming, and fantasizing about a new studio. Once I had the location, all these things that I had dreamed about started bubbling to the surface.
Belief
A very important factor in the manifestation of this particular dream was that I always believed I would have a studio, I just wasn’t sure how I would get it or when. When I did secure the location, I found that the unfolding of the vision happened very naturally and organically, like the studio had already been formed, and we were just putting the finishing touches to it.
Reality
The reality was to make the dream happen it was hard work, and it didn’t happen by magic. There were a lot of decisions to be made, we used a lot of elbow grease, I needed to keep centered, grounded and connected to the vision, none of which was a cakewalk, but I think this was made a lot easier by the fact that I had been thinking about doing this for several years [consciously!].
I can’t emphasize enough that taking the time to dream and envision what you want is important.
Strategies
Journaling, meditating, fantasizing while you take a long walk, sitting staring out at crashing waves and letting your mind wonder (personal fav!), doing vision boards with a focus on the future, all help you connect to the energy of what you really want.
Make visioning a priority!

I couldn’t agree more Andrea!
I give clients a tool that is similar to the scripting process that Esther & Jerry Hicks outline in the book you mention. I have experienced and seen so many amazing things occur from this conscious alignment to our visions. It’s amazing!
I need to remember to take the time out regularly to allow myself to vision what it is I want and generating the positive emotions of feeling like it’s already come to pass.
All the best with your new studio!
