How it works…

1. The RESET CHALLENGE Group will meet via conference call for 30 min every week for 4 weeks (and a final call at week 6), starting with a kickoff on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at 4:00 pm Pacific Time. All calls will be recorded, if you can’t make it live.
2. You will receive your 5 Day RESET kit in the mail and start the RESET on Monday, May 9. Your $119 ticket includes your 5-Day RESET Kit, 1 Blender Bottle, DVD, tracking sheet, email support and 3 weekly Health Coaching Calls (each call is thirty-minutes of health, nutrition & Q&A trainings) with Sarah Thomssen and Andrea Rae – over a $300 value.
3. Your first 5 days of the RESET CHALLENGE will consist of cleansing, or “RESETTING” the body with the 5 Day RESET. On the first call (Sun, May 1 at 4:00 pm PT), we will explain options for following up after RESET:
* Phase I for weight loss over 10 pounds.
* Phase II for ongoing health and maintenance.
4. The next 2 calls (see call schedule below), we will have a 30-minute meeting via conference call (details provided after registration) – education from Sarah and Andrea, and interactive Q&A!

All calls are on Sunday’s at 4:00 – 4:30 PM Pacific Time.

* WEEK 1 – Sun, May 1, 4:00 pm PT Kick-Off Call! We will discuss your goals, how you would like to feel in your body, and your intentions for health. You will also be choosing Phase 1 or Phase 2, depending on your health and weight loss goals.
* WEEK 2 – Sun, May 8, 4:00 pm PT Getting Started with the 5 Day RESET! Tips, strategies, and ideas to jumpstart your RESET Challenge. Explanation of follow-up phases.
* WEEK 3 – Sun, May 15, 4:00 pm PT Transitioning to Life After RESET, Phase I or II – How to easily incorporate this program into your life. We will also reflect on the positive changes you’ve already made and learn more about improving our skin & hair, immune system, mood, and energy.
* WEEK 4- Sun, May 22, 4:00 pm PT Managing Emotions, Travel, Eating Out, & Parties! We’ll talk about how to keep up with your healthy lifestyle no matter where or what situation you are in — including common “trouble zones”.
* WEEK 5 – no call.
* WEEK 6 – Sun, Jun 5, 4:00 pm PT Healthy & Lean for Life! What’s working, challenges, and how to make this a lifestyle.

The 5-Day RESET is the ideal jumpstart to healthy living and achieving your ideal weight. It restores your body’s balance and reduces inflammation. Here’s how the 5 Day RESET works: Each day for 5 days you drink 3 delicious and filling shakes at mealtime, eat a yummy nutrition bar for both your morning and afternoon snacks, plus one serving of fruit and unlimited servings of vegetables anytime during the day. While on the RESET, you also drink eight to ten glasses of water and exercise moderately for 20-30 minutes per day. The cost of Phase I is approximately $270 + tax and shipping for 4 ENTIRE WEEKS of foods and supplements – that’s less than $11/day after tax and shipping, a HUGE value for any wellness program.

A Typical Day on Phase I
