1. Get connected to the body-mind-spirit
Transformation is not an easy thing. Our inner self isn’t always keen on change. In fact our inner self often presses every alarm bell – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – when we even think about change.
Taking time to connect to the mind-body is an important starting point to calming the nervous system. A hyper-vigilant nervous system is the ultimate alarmist. We need to chill out the nervous system and get to the good stuff.
2. Get unblocked
When we do allow ourselves to get connected to the mind-body, it often feels ‘wrong’, stuck, not flowing.
Using bodywork, counselling, life coaching – whatever floats your boat – is important to help clear blocks and stuckness. It is unrealistic to think that you can do it all yourself. There is a reason that the shine isn’t flowing. If you are serious, find out what is blocking you.
At Alinga we work to clear trauma and negative limiting beliefs and energy that has been blocking them from moving forward. This can take some time, but when clients feel clearer, the shine starts to peek out. That’s when the fun begins!
3. Adjust to the flow
Often people get a glimpse of the shine, a week, two weeks, only to find that the shine disappears behind the clouds just when they thought that everything was going great.
When working to bring out more of your true self, it takes some time to strengthen your connection, strengthen the energy flow, so that you feel connected to the shine more and more of the time.
4. Committing to Shining Out Loud
Stick with it! Commit to staying connected to the mind-body, rain or shine, to bring out more of your true self. The world wants to see your mojo flow in a way that is uniquely you. Dig deep, discover what it is that has been hiding within, and unlock your true self.
Commit to shining out loud!
