Medical Treatment Massage

Massage with focus on injury or pain such as back pain, neck pain or tennis/golf elbow. Hot packs and cold packs (hydrotherapy) are used as part of treatment, as appropriate. Referral from your primary physician is required. L + I and PIP clients accepted.

Insurance companies accepted: Aetna, Cigna, Uniform and Lifewise (Out of network provider)

Cost $120 * (see note below)

* Medical massage rates are based on the Usual, Customary and Reasonable (UCR) fee schedule and uses Relative Value Unit (RVU) pricing. RVU rates are: $30 per 15 minute unit for CPT code 97124 (massage); $30 per 15 minute unit for CPT code 97140 (manual therapy)
